CST Consulting was founded in 2004 by Todd Generotzke and is located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

CST Consulting was founded on the belief that solid project management skills and processes that are implemented and executed well within an organization are the key differentiator between good and great companies. CST Consulting was created with the focus of providing top-notch project and program management consulting services to the greater Milwaukee area or wherever your business takes you.

CST LEADERSHIP
Todd Generotzke, PMP, MBA, MPM
Todd Generotzke is an accomplished Consultant/Engagement Manager/Vice President of Operations, with extensive experience managing complex projects with high levels of success. He has expertise in developing project plans, forecasting and managing unforeseen problems, and implementing quantifiable methods to minimize project risks. He has a proven ability to lead diverse groups and enable professionals to meet or exceed team/individual goals.

Mr. Generotzke is a detail-oriented, analytical problem solver with focus on organizing and developing processes to streamline workflow. He has been recognized for streamlining chaotic situations to consistently deliver projects that meet critical timeframes and multi-million dollar budgets with exceptional customer satisfaction.

Mr. Generotzke has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, along with a Masters in Business and a Masters in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management. Mr. Generotzke has also obtained his Project Management Professional Certification (PMP).
